I love this deep dive into the Chelsea neighborhood. I used to sneak up to the High Line in the late 90s and these photos are exactly as I remembered. Up until recently, I worked in one of the huge, block long buildings on 10th ave. I hope the neighborhood still retains its arts roots and doesn't turn into another Soho. So far, it has, and I love seeing young people crowd the galleries on opening nights.
