I want to share a resource and implore you to reconsider your sentences in regards to PACT, and your framing of it in a positive light. When a development is sold off into PACT eviction rates sky rocket, families are being forced out and displaced in order to bring in new tenants willing to pay more in rent. In some developments eviction rates have gone so high as to triple, with less notices and less oversight. There’s no benefit in repairs if it costs people their home.
